A new flexible workspace is coming to 22 Bishopsgate. Operator x+why has been appointed to run OnSeven, a 12,860 sq ft workspace and events destination on Level 7, due to open in January 2027. It will be the operator’s first work and events location within the City of London.

The planned workspace will include:
- 80 dedicated desks
- 150 co-working spaces
- Four meeting rooms
- A 70-seat theatre-style event venue

Meeting rooms available to non-members
Businesses will not need a workspace membership to book every facility. The meeting rooms and event space will also be available to non-members, with hourly and half-day booking options for uses including executive meetings and AGMs.
For teams based elsewhere, this could provide an occasional City venue for client meetings or company events.

Alongside the workspace, x+why plans a programme of social breakfasts, networking activities, thought-leadership talks and wellbeing sessions, including yoga and breathwork. These activities will serve members and other occupiers within the building.
